    Amir brings over 15 years of experience in investment banking, institutional capital advisory, and real estate finance. Prior to founding Giryes Capital Group, he served as Director of Equity and Debt at one of Israel’s leading financial advisory firms, where he led valuation, structuring, and capital placement efforts for public and private market transactions.

    Throughout his career, Amir has been involved in over $8 billion in capital raised through private placements, Israeli bond offerings, and cross-border real estate financing. His expertise spans deal structuring, market strategy, and institutional relationship management.
